Continuity Mesh Reinforcement: D98 mesh reinforcement may be provided at an additional cost.
Billing for Skewed Units: For billing purposes, the area of a skewed unit will be measured as the size
of the corresponding rectangular fit.
Billing for Reduced Width Units: In cases where Predalle units are manufactured to a reduced width
(usually to accommodate reduced lifting weight), an extra 15 cm will be added to the width
dimension for billing purposes.
Production Wire Configurations: A production run is limited to a single wire configuration. If an
order includes different configurations, there may be instances due to production restrictions where
the produced Predalle is of a higher configuration than specified. In such cases, billing will be based
on the manufactured configuration.
Transportation Timber Spacers (Seratizzi): Clients are advised to provide their own transportation
for timber spacers. If unavailable, B&B will supply these spacers at a cost of €7.00 each. This fee will be
refunded if the spacers are returned in suitable condition.
Unloading Time for Deliveries: Deliveries include up to 2 hours of unloading time. Any additional
time beyond this will incur a charge of €40.00 per hour.
Double Handling Fee for Client-Provided Transport: If the client’s own transport is not provided on
time, a double handling fee of €1.00 per m² will be applicable.
